Was easy to order, pick up at Osaka Itami airport at the post office was really easy. The wifi unit worked a treat and I don't there being any gaps in coverage. Then the prepaid, pre-addressed envelope meant returning it (in a post box at Itami airport!) was so fast and easy. Will order it again next time :-)

It was my first time with eSIM service and initially it was not working after I install the eSIM and follow the configuration; however, the support team was super fast to answer by e-mail and in two exchanges of communication I did they were able to solve the problem and I was easily connected without need to have another device with me (portable wi-fi).
