V good , convenient and reliable

This was my first time using an eSim and it was pretty easy to use. There were some low signal areas in Okinawa but overall a good experience. Would use this again versus renting a mobile wifi.

Our family is loyal to Japan Wireless. We've always had a seamless experience with their service and will continue to do so in the future.

So convenient to use

wifi worked perfectly for our trip, was essential to getting around. The extra battery didn't seem to work that well but the battery on the wifi lasted most of the day so we didn't need it. Pick up counter was a bit confusing to find - there are several at HND and it's not obvious which one you're supposed to go to. Drop off was very easy.

Internet service was seamless.

This was my first time using this company. Previously, I had rented it in my country and brought it to japan.
This was by far easier! They dropped it off at my hotel in japan so it was ready by the time I arrived at my hotel and drop off was done in the airport terminal. We also noticed that compared to prior models I had rented from other companies, this one lasted over 12 hours every day so we didnt need the back up battery so much.
We will be using this service again!

This pocket WiFi could not have worked better for us during our trip across Japan. The four of us had no issues connecting. The battery life was great. And they gave us a separate battery pack for those long days without time to recharge the unit. It was waiting for us at our first hotel and all we had to to was drop everything into the prepaid envelope and deposit it into the mailbox at the airport. Couldn't be happier.
