Great service! Pocket wifi worked well even on the train. Loved how it came with an additional charger, portable charger, and extra service. Highly recommend renting with them!

Easy from start to finish

This product was very good.

We had wireless through the entire country of Japan through the numerous cities we traveled too, easy to set up and worked like a dream. Easy return. The convenience of having delivered to hotel was priceless and appreciated

For the most part, it worked great! The unlimited data plan made it so I didn't have to worry as much especially when I was traveling to new places during my trip! I definitely will consider using this again!

très pratique à récupérer et à ramener à l'aéroport; petit et fiable, la wifi pocket nous a beaucoup facilité notre voyage, accès internet en continue, pochette avec batterie externe... indispensable et qui a nous a permis de connecter trois téléphones.

I ordered a unit and it totally worked for the whole trip. It was sent to my hotel and just had to drop it before flying out.

Affordable, fast, convenient to both pick up and return. Excellent service, highly recommended to anyone going to Japan. Essential.

During my 13 days travel through different citys the pocket wifi worked perfect the whole time. the pick up and retour also worked without problems.

I ordered the pocket WiFi online and pick it up when I got to the airport. It worked great the whole time we were there. Returning was easy just drop in the mailbox at the airport when we were leaving.
