I recently spent two weeks in Japan and requested Japan Wireless to send a pocket Wi-Fi to my hotel in Tokyo. When I got there the router was at the reception desk with all the instructions, a power bank, the envelope to return the device and a very handy zip bag which kept everything safe and easily accessible in my bag during the day. Fantastic service. Will definitely order again during my next trip to Japan!

Did not let us down the entire trip, had signal even when we were not in the city. The power bank was very handy since the battery of the device lasts only about 3/4 of the day.
