After searching for multiple companies for pocket wifi and/or ESIMS, I ended up choosing Japan Wireless’ Pocket WiFi. This decision proved to be the correct one based on my experience. Given the unlimited data and a power bank to keep the pocket wifi charged, I had service anywhere I went. From Tokyo through Fukuoka, I experienced no problems once so ever. The pickup for Haneda airport was easy with the voucher and the drop off was even better via mailing the pocket wifi to Japan Wireless. For the price of this equipment, I would say it’s very worth the investment and I highly recommend it.

I was very satisfied with the internet. I had an issue at the beginning, but it was resolved on the same day within 2 hours via email.

Not easy to find the pick up place but got there in the end. Quick and easy to set up and lasted most of the day. Did drop out a few times and turn itself off but easy to get up and running again. Worked well for the two of us
