Dependable and easy to use.

The pocket WiFi worked great for the entire time we were in Japan. Highly recommend for the cost and convenience!

We are happy with the pocket wirefire unit. We had a very consistent internet connection with reasonable battery usage.

I appreciate that I can always request for my WiFi to be delivered to my hotel and waiting for me upon check in. We’ve rented from Japan Wireless since 2019 and we plan to continue to do so on our annual trips to Japan. I highly recommend Japan Wireless as our go to company.
