Worked amazingly for my two week stay

Very easy - sent to hotel lobby and dropped in a post box on the last day in Tokyo. Worked perfectly for the whole family - fast and reliable. Very happy. :)

It is the best service. Having a pocket wi-fi really helps when you are just explorating all the streets and perfectures. Without it, we would have been lost. We have free data but it would have been very slow. This is a life-saver. It costs about 100 usd for apprx. 15 days. It is not cheap if you have multiple people going to different places though. But if a small group stays farely close to each other, it is a great service to have. Will definitely get it again but wishes it is cheaper for individual person.

I ordered Japan Wireless for my 3-week trip. It worked great everywhere I went - from Okayama to Niigata to Sapporo! Easy pick up and return, helpful instructions provided. 10/10 will use this for all future travel to Japan!

Delivery was fast. I had great experience as usual (its my 10th time renting) I had a little coverage though while at the mountains of Niigata (my friend said though that coverage there is poor regardless of carrier type, so I guess its ok) Overall, would avail of your services again. I enclosed a little omiyage when I returned the package. I hope it was ok..
