We had no problems with the wifi along the 9 days we stayed in Japan, mostly at Tokio and Kyoto

Extremely easy process. Was at our hotel upon arrival and always had WiFi through our 9 day trip.

It was a very reliable and good prodcut, the speed was very good and the battery last almost the full day, I would rent it again in my next trip.
Thanks.

We travelled from Tokyo through to Osaka over 2 weeks and it was seamless for the whole trip! Better reception than we get in Australia!

I was having problem with my e-sim, therefore rent pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. The device delivered right to our hotel and even gives us the envelope send back the pocket wifi when we are done before heading home. The pocket wifi worked very well and I am very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended 👍

Easy to set up and reliable across Japan. The power bank also helpful in winter.

It worked flawlessly, and it was very quick to set up and use! I highly recommend this product if you're going around Japan!

Super convenient - easy pick up and drop off. Internet is fast and stable. Unit always comes in good condition and fully charged, battery lasts a long time.

Amazing worked my 11 days in Japan. Easy to pick up and drop off.
