Very satisfied with the speed and performance of the pocket wifi. No issues and no hiccups. The only drawback is the powerbank is unable ot fully charge the unit from full usage and rather slow charging.

We arrived in Japan planning to use our cell phones with an international plan. We quickly realized that the data speeds weren't going to be sufficient. I ordered the unit and it was delivered the same day to our hotel. It worked great in every location of our trip. Four phones connected and no lag. Highly recommend!

The pocket wi-fi worked as intended and as expected. It was very reliable and the power pack provided the required boost at the end of the day.
However, we were very light users and the largest use was uploading photos taken during the day. While speed and the data allowance was not a problem, the battery would have been if we were slightly heavier users.
