WiFi signal was strong and hotspot lasted all day without needing to be recharged. Pick up and return were easy. Would definitely use services again when traveling

I showed up to my hotel and the Sim was waiting for me. Slotted it straight into my phone, no problems at all. Perfect internet connection wherever I went. Super affordable.

I wanted to be sure I had WiFi at all times. I paid extra with my Verizon but it didn’t always work. I found out as soon as we were off the plane. I was happy I had ordered Japan wireless and easy to set up at the airport.

Never had any issues and it lasted me the entire day then some!
I heavily navigated and took pics so it was being used a lot

Worked like a dream for a very good price

The signal is great. Battery life is also great.

We spent our time between Tokyo, Hakone, Okayama, Naoshima, Hiroshima and Kyoto. Everything worked very well. No hassle as long as you remember to plug it in.

The service was excellent. Always had coverage even when in tunnels and hilly areas. Pickup and drop off weee seamless.
