As usual with Japan Wireless, no problem at all. The battery lasts almost all day

I had an issue with activation my eSim. The customer's service responded fast. The issue is solved.

Device was at the hotel when we arrived, easy to use and reliable, easy to return.

I wasn't sure if my needs will be met relying on a pocket wi-fi but I was overall more than satisfied at the comfort of easy connection using multiple devices even while traveling at an unexpectedly fast speed. I would definitely go for the same product the next time I would need it.

Convenient and worked great.

We rented the wifi hub for our two week family trip to Japan. It dropped a few times in the subway but generally worked very well. The pickup / drop off couldn’t have been more straight forward. Would recommend.

Great product easy to use

Easy to use, good internet connection, good battery life. Powerbank that comes with the pocket wifi was so small that didn't really recharge pocket wifi again. But pocket wifi battery lasts a day. Would use this pocket wifi again if more trips to Japan.

I like to order WiFi from Japan Wireless every time I go to Japan. You pre ook online and pick it up at collection point or let it be delivered at the hotel. Time after time it works
