Super easy to find the pick Up and to use it, also to bring it back

I recently traveled to Japan and was very pleased with the pocket Wifi that I rented from Japan Wireless. The unit was ready to go as I turned it on, and used it without any problems. I would rent from them again, I highly recommend them.

We collected the pocket WiFi from Haneda Airport arrivals and found the pick up kiosk easily with the instructions provided. We had absolutely no problems with the unit/battery over the 3 week period. The signal was strong and the speed was excellent even with 3/4 devices connected. The return instructions were very clear and there were 2 red Japan Mail post boxes in the Departures Area at the check-in area at Haneda. Overall this pocket WiFi was a game changer for travel in Japan, we were very impressed by the service and would definitely use again.

We had our pocket WIFI delivered at our hotel which was done efficiently as per our request. The WiFi coverage for our family of three was excellent during our two week stay (Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka). We highly recommend Japan Wireless.
