Very good service.
The router was at the hotel when we arrived, worked very well and it was easy to return it.
Keep in mind that the post box at Haneda can be full (it was almost full when we returned the router), so it could be good to return it in Tokyo.

WiFi order and return was quick and easy! Having it with me was ideal because it helped me navigate Tokyo without worrying about having internet connection . I would use them again!
