Excellent pocket wi-fi. Liked how there was an extra battery to take along just in case. I only had to use the extra battery a couple of times when using a lot of data. Would def use again!

Activation was easy and data allocation was enough for the whole stay. Connection was also very fast. Would definitely use it again when I go back to Japan.

We went with Japan Wireless because of their good reputation, and you could pick up at airport on the way to your accommodation. Pick up was easy, and so was return. The device was simple to set up, with good instructions, and worked perfectly as we travelled around Japan. Great product and with thanks to the team at Japan Wireless.

Very good experience with the wifi, just sometimes in remote areas it would drop but pick back up. Definitely will use it again on my next visit to Japan.

I couldn't have wished for better service from Japan Wireless! My pocket wifi was waiting for me on arrival at my hotel, set up and ready to go. I was pleasantly surprised to find it had excellent battery life, despite very regular use throughout the day, and I only needed to use the power bank on a couple of occasions when I was out and about. (The power bank is a very thoughtful addition.) Returning the pocket wifi was easy and I had no difficulty finding a convenient postbox.
Overall, I was delighted with the service I received from Japan Wireless and will definitely use them again.

Unlimited Wi-Fi for 2 weeks for 50 quid? Bargain! UK phone networks are so expensive in Japan - we saved £8k using this device!

Really easy to find pick-up location, really easy to use, great battery life (8hrs plus) and it even came with a battery pack, mini charger and all the wires I needed to keep the box charged … and my phone. Drop off in the postbox at the airport was a breeze.

Really really pleased that we rented Wi-Fi for our trip and well worth the money.
