Easy to use and reliable

I borrowed a WiFi router for 2 weeks and traveled through Japan with it. The operation was very easy to understand. We connected 2 devices to the router and had wifi the whole time, the internet was always very fast. Such a device is highly recommended when traveling through Japan.

The pocket wifi we got was just what we needed for our trip to
Tokyo, Osaka, & Kobe. We did not even need the included power bank. Three devices connected to it was no problem at all. Getting the package from the post office was a breeze. Return packet was included and dropping it off at the post office was no sweat at all. Japan Wireless also emailed immediately me when they noticed that I had made a mistake with the pick-up point and they arranged for the change without any fuss. God willing, we will get our pocked wifi from Japan Wireless when we come back to Japan!
