A high quality service. Battery lasting around 12 hours with five users connected via wifi. Outside bigger towns there were occasional lags in the connection (which did not significantly affect usability), most likely depending on the phone network rather han on the wifi signal of the device itself. Overall I was very satisfied.

I rented it for Japan trip several times. It was reliable every time.

I had the best experience with this company and wireless internet. It was so convenient to pick up the pack from the airport and worked straight away for us. I never had any problems with the connection, the battery lasted the whole day and came with a convenient portable charger if we stayed out for a long amount of time. I loved it and was very necessary for our trip to help us get around and translate.

This product is a perfect system to take away internet everywhere.

I got for my parent visiting in japan. We got it fast. we had issues to install it, but the help desk helped us fast and efficiently, so we solved the issue in a very timely manner. We needed to extend the duration, but it was not possible, so we got a new one!
