never failed to serve its purpose. always reliable and easy use.

The process of receiving to returning is seamless and easy to follow. Wifi performance is very good at the price that is very reasonable. One thing that would I wish was to have a farther wifi range. Other than this, this package is marvelous.

Delivery was prompt to our hotel. Battery lasts the whole day, for the family of four with two teenage children. Return is easy, dropped in a post box on the street.

Everything worked well,
The pick up info given can be little clearer, one email seemed to suggest I pick it up from a logistics hub at the far end of the airport. another from the post office (Which turned out to be the correct location) in the central building.

I've used it everywhere with no problems.
Excellent!

Very goooooooooooood

Excellent device that we used the entire trip. This is a must have! Fast and convenient.

I recommend everyone visiting Japan to use this little pocket wifi. Simple to use and technically perfect

everything was at a high level, from delivery to the hotel and easy return. I recommend it to everyone
