We purchased unlimited data plan and at times had to use it as a hotspot for our child. It didn’t always work, but mostly did. Set up was easy, took a few tries but eventually worked. Overall, it was reliable and helped make our trip smoother. Recommended.

The unit needed to be rebooted only a couple times, but other than that it worked great! I loved that the package included a power bank at no extra charge (other providers wanted another $5-10/day for that). It's slow charging, but it worked for what I needed for the pocket wifi and for my phone. Great price and value. I would definitely recommend this package!

Il wifi prende bene ovunque facile il ritiro e la riconsegna. Lo abbiamo usato in 3 senza problemi e con i telefoni che non supportano la esim.

This was a great service. The device was waiting at the airport I arrived. Was easy to drop it off on my outbound flight. Worked pretty much everywhere we went. Would highly recommend anybody who wants to stay connected to the world without complicated East Sims or figuring out other countries cell phone policies. Now when I travel in the future I will always look for this kind of service. It allowed me to stay in contact with my family on a regular basis through the WhatsApp.
