Super easy to collect from the airport and we could use instantly which was great for the long commute to Tokyo. Would highly recommend.

This device had enough battery for a whole day from morning till night. Never once had to use the extra battery pack. This is coming from someone that’s use this device threw out the whole day. I highly recommended. All literally all the instructions are simple and easy. From picking it up to use it to return it. Will use it again on my next trip to Japan.

Pocket wifi was simple to set up and use. With the extra battery meant that we had all day portable wifi.

Transaction with you is seamless. Good internet connectivity during my 8day stay, instructions on how to access & reset wifi device and pick up & return was very straight forward & easy to follow.

The mobile wifi from Japan Wireless made our visit to Tokyo the perfect experience. Me and my sons always had really fast internet via the mobile hotspot and access to services like Google maps. Conveniently dropped off at the hotel. Really great service. Thank you.

I have been to Japan 8 times now and I have used several different types of pocket wifis. From my experience, the network that is used does make a difference both in connection reliability and speed. Softbank is the way to go and a lot of other pocket wifis do not use the Softbank network. Add the fact that this one does not come with data caps and this is my go to choice for pocket wifi in Japan.
