Family of 4 adults.Used it last Feb for a month and again just last month for coming a month. Good reception, zero issues..came with one powerbank. Best portable wifi compared to other company I rented. Will be renting again for next trip. Thanks.

Great WiFi unit — worked perfectly in Tokyo & Kyoto, and kept up quite well between the two on our Shinkansen. Solid battery, quick speeds. Couldn’t have asked for a better rental.

Realicé mi renta de equipo 14 horas antes de llegar a Tokyo y fue la mejor decisión, al llegar a mi hotel me esperaba mi pocket cargado, con una batería externa y con instrucciones muy claras.

Por cierto es el mejor precio que encontré.

Signal is good despite numerous gadgets connected to it

Very good service. Was easy to use, delivered within a day and did everything that was required. Easy instructions on return, having an extra battery was also helpful and made it last longer than a day.
