Simply perfect, smooth process, very fast internet speed

Convenient Reliable.

My phone was delivered to my hotel and handed to me at check in. Return envelope provided was quick and easy at the airport. Drop off at a Japan post office box was simple and convenient. It worked perfectly my entire trip of one month. Japan Wireless is number one for me! Thank You for most excellent service!

My travel buddy and I each got a pocket WiFi for two weeks in the Tokyo prefecture.
Internet usage was primary Google Maps (we did download the offline map for our area), social media, and internet surfing.
We had no issues setting up or returning the WiFi devices. We had one instance where my device stopped working but this was easily fixed by resetting the device and this didn’t happen again during our trip. Don’t let this deter you from considering this pocket WiFi.

The pick up and drop off process were simple, the price was reasonable, and the internet connection was plenty fast.
