We never had any issues with data signal nor wifi connection. Been hauling this thing from morning to late night and the battery never gave up on us. The return process is very easy as well... just put it in the envelop it came with and drop it in the red post box at the airport. They will send an email the next day that says they receive the unit back. I would definitely use their service again.

We were impressed at how well this little gadget worked flawlessly during our recent travels in Japan. I charged the device at night, and it was enough for the next day. Of course, we weren’t heavy users — only two phones and a tablet, and our internet usage was restricted to texting, email, Google translate, Google maps and surfing the web. The gadget was also small enough so it wasn’t any trouble just tucking it in my purse while gallivanting around. The power bank was reassuring even though I only used it two times during the entire three weeks. Overall, two thumbs up and would not hesitate to use Japan Wireless again on our next Japan travels.
