the steps to recover and return the pocket wifi were simple, the wifi was good quality. I highly recommend.

Product was delivered on time to my hotel as ordered and i used it everyday during my weeklong trip in Kyoto. Returned the device thru the mail box at the Kansai airport departure area.

WiFi service was reliable all the time. Speed isn't good enough to stream but was able to use Google maps or other GPS applications with no issues.

WiFi didn't really run out of battery but anyway it comes with an extra battery which was very useful.

I got this hotspot for my kids to play Pokemon Go on their phones while we traveled. It worked quite well. It was plenty fast for two devices to be connected and playing at once. It had pretty good battery life, I never needed the extra battery pack they sent with it.

No throttling, great service, great price.

I saw a lot of people complain about keeping it charged etc. But it’s actually super easy battery lasts long regardless. Will definitely use this company again next time.
