Very pleased, essential for travelling in Japan.

We enjoyed the pocket wifi everywhere we went in Japan. So easy to use and very convenient as we don't speaker Japanese to use Google translate, lens and maps. Only when we drove in the mountains the connection was sometimes lost.

We used Japan Wifeless for our trip to Japan. Everything worked perfectly and we had good and fast WiFi connectivity for all our devices all the time.

Great product, nice and compact for easy storage in a backpack and good battery life.

I only reason it doesn't get 5 stars as I had to continually keep changing what carrier the device was connecting too as it would either drop out of connection or become quite a slow connection. Once it was connected to a new carrier it was good to go.
