Streamed Netflix, did my online homework & listened to Tidal on my bullet trains from Tokyo-Osaka-Kyoto-Hiroshima-Tokyo.

As promised, it was at my hostel upon arrival and never left my side for 2 wks. Word of Advice: don’t forgot to send it off before getting into the airport. Luckily the kind JAL flight attendants took it to the post box for me.

This is good services and equipment

I rented two pocket wifi units last March, it was my second time to use Japan Wireless' pocket wifi. I asked them to change the delivery of my units from airport pickup at KIX to delivery to our hotel and it was very easy to do so. I used the pocket wifi to upload a lot of high-res photos to my website, so I can attest that the speed is really good even though I got the Business plan, not the Premium. It was also really convenient to have a power bank included for free in the package. I just wish the power bank provided had been compatible with my iPhone - last year the unit I got was, this year the pocket wifi unit and its power bank were a different brand. However that's not Japan Wireless' fault, so I highly recommend this service.

This company is very responsive. I had a few issues with my service however they were very responsive to my needs! Everything worked out very well!

I would absolutely recommend the Japan Wiireless pocket WIFI . The coverage was tremendous as both my wife and I not only visited major cities but we hiked for 12 days in very remote areas and the coverage was never effected. Is is a truly a magnificent service , as we had two devices covered 24/7 for duration of our stay in Japan.
