Pickup and dropoff at the airport post office was quick and easy, the rates were very reasonable, and the internet was reliable and fast.

I have used this 3 times and it is always faster than the Shinkansen and as reliable as all of Japan´s train system!!! Congratulations.

Everything perfect

It was our 1st trip to Japan. 1st week was with a tour so no need for pocket Wi-Fi. The 3 of us were on our own for the 2nd week. This took us everywhere and we didn't get lost not even once. Extra battery, simple recharge and simple to return (by mail). ONLY complaint was finding postal annex at Narita airport (4th floor) as there were no directions on paperwork where to pick up. Best price around. THANK YOU JAPAN WIRELESS. We would definitely rent again in our future travels.

I have already recommended Japan Wireless to others going to Japan. My only recommendation would be better communication so that I knew the device was ready to be picked up at the airport compared to a tracking status.

I rented a mobile WiFi and battery backup for my 7 day trip in Japan. Three people used the WiFi and it worked great. We had no trouble picking up or dropping off the WiFi at Norita airport. This was a good experience and I’m glad we chose Japan wireless.

Absolute life saver while in Japan. Customer service team responded promptly to my questions. I had access to google maps and whatsapp the entire time I was in Japan on my iPhone. The battery lasted all day and the portable battery charger was a nice addition in case your phone or wifi needed a boost. I will 100% use them again next time I'm in Japan.

One of the best investments you can make when traveling to Japan is to rent the pocket wi5 from Japan Wireless. It was very quick to set up and the connection was great even in the subway trains. The battery lasted for 6-8 hours and the extra battery for 4 hours. I totally recommend this service and the price for it was worth it. Thank you Japan Wireless!

Generally it work pretty good. Except once when I woke up it wasn't working but at the time I came back from the shower it was working again, and when I arrived at Haneda Airport (leaving Japan) it was very hard to find a signal all the time I was there.
