It works fine and everywhere!

Great experience using esim from Japan Wireless. Great coverage and fast speed. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Japan

I love how easy it was to log on and to use. I will definitely use again in future travels.

This really was an excellent system throughout my 3 week stay in Japan. I was connected the whole time and it gave me the ability to travel, get great information on the areas and stay in contact with friends and family. As we had several people within our group the wifi was more flexible and cheaper than multiple eSIMS. Pickup was a bit hard to find in the airport but being able to post back was so easy.

Easy Pickup Easy Return

Great Speed Overall and Service

Few Issues Sometimes With The Speed.

Vert good wifi, would recomend

This router allowed us to have a good internet access during my stay in Japan.
It perfectly answered to my needs. I appreciate a lot that the device was waiting for me at my hotel. Also, it was easy for me to send the device back using the enveloppe provided by Japan Wireless.
Great expercience !

So easy to use and worked well during our trip in Japan! Easy to return too

We availed the pocket wifi during our more than 2 weeks traveling in Japan. Very helpful especially for the DIY travelers to navigate location. And they're very considerate. I will avail again on my next visit.

everything was good: delivery, easy configuration, good network speed
