Avis

The device worked without problems, the battery held up to 8 hours. Highly recommend to anyone traveling around Japan. Convenient way to receive and return.

The wifi worked great.... definitely having the extra battery is a plus; I had to recharge each day in the late afternoon.

Perfect!!

Great service, fast speed internet and a very easy way to collect and return the broadband,

The broadband comes in Japanese language and its not easy to find the language settings to change + i tryed to contact the company to solve a problem i had but it wasn’t easy to contact them.

Any way its a very great service these are the only two issues i had and others are great so for sure i will rent it again when i come to japan.

Thank you

the wifi connection is really good and we had a very hassle free transaction with japan wireless.

‘til our next japan vacation

You always have internet!!!

The portable wi- fi was small and wi-fi reception was outstanding. Only issue was you could not start first rental day use on another date after pick-up.

Fast connection, available all time while travelling in Japan and very easy to order and pick up at the post office. Excellent service!

Everything was great.
Highly recommend.
