Very easy process for getting it (I had mine delivered to my hotel), returns equally easy (they give you everything you need in the package)

Wireless hotspot worked the whole time - we both used it across Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima and Mijayima

Even came with additional usb powerbank to charge phones and the hotspot if needed

Overall a great product and service - would definitely use again

Easy way to travel in Japan.

Was on vacation in Japan and need some WiFi. We found this and ordered. Did not think it would be too good since it’s a little device that is supposed too give network for up too 7 devices but we were totally wrong. It worked like a charm and we got all the value we could ever want. It was connection pritty much every where we went and a strong and stable download speed. Extremely happy and would recommend

We rented a Pocket WiFi for 2 1/2 weeks while we visited our daughter and traveled around a little with her. We had connection almost everywhere we were and it worked great. To start it was delivered to our hotel on time with everything needed including the return envelope and good instructions. We had activated WiFi calling on our phones before we left the US and had a couple of important call come in. It sounded great! Couldn't even tell we were overseas. When we were done we packed it up in the envelope and dropped it in the mail. It was great service, and a great product! Thank you! We would definitely use Japan Wireless again!
