high speed, good reception all over japan, easy to pick up at airport post office and return there on departure
My hotspot was delivered to my hotel and was waiting for me when I arrived. It was easy to use and included a spare battery. Easy to return at Kyoto post office next to the train station. My only complaint was that the hot spot was old and a little beat up. After my online complaint they discounted a portion of the rental cost. VERY SATISFIED.

We had full coverage everywhere we went and with 4 of us using the device, we used the battery by around 4pm each day however the spare battery supplied worked well. The charging plug ( not cable) was a little slow to recharge overnight was the only problem. Would I recommend- Absolutely and would use if I returned. Simply return via a post box / office in bag supplied and it’s done. Great for the cost especially since we had up to 6 devices running at times.
The signal and speed were reliable and fast enough. The extra battery is really helpful because the router itself won't quite last all day being used by a whole family. Service was flawless, it was waiting at our hotel when we arrived. The stress of packing and leaving on time meant I forgot to return it - they were very understanding and were happy with letting me return it from the UK. Overall a great service, thanks!
Valuable assistance device during a recent trip to Japan
Hired the pocket wifi for 19 days and had ultra fast LTE speeds throughout japan. Was super reliable and so easy to use. If I went back I would only use japan wireless

It is the second year that my girlfriend and I have come to Japan, and like last year we ordered your portable wifi, it never gave us any problems and it was vital to face the metropolis of Tokyo, and I'm sure that this year will be the same.
