Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless. The signal was very good, we traveled from Kobe to Tokyo and never lost a signal in the 10 days we were there. Only thing is the battery life will only last you about 1/2 a day so use the supplied battery pack or use your own. We for sure will use Japan Wireless on our next visit to Japan.

Easy to use and great service throughout my trip. Highly recommend!

Very easy, good connectivity, and incredibly cheap; especially compared to using my regular at home-plan.

Good!Works well, good reception, easy pickup and mail box drop

Easy to get in pick up location and easy to return. Fastest internet connection even in province area.

Japan wireless allowed us to travel with ease. We had signal anywhere we went. The return was super convenient as well.

デバイスの購入は素晴らしい決断でした。非常に実用的で効率的で、日本全国で使用でき、非常に満足しました。

Using your wireless mobile modem was so convenient, it is the perfect size and helped to make my travels in Japan seamless. Thank you 🙏

We found our wireless device to be convenient and reliable. Every so often it disconnect but the majority of the time our internet worked perfectly. We did have an issue with two of our devices initially but Japan Wireless had replacement devices sent to our hotel without an hour or two so we really appreciate their prompt response and help in rectifying the issue. We would definitely use them again

I used Japan wireless premium WiFi while visiting Osaka, Kobe, Nara and Tokyo recently. This is the second time I have used this service and it never let me down once. Highly recommended 👌
