Easy Pick up and return. Wifi worked great all the time and can't imagine going to Japan again without using this.

This was my first time using a service such as this, and I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless and easy it was to utilize. I took the wireless router with us during our excursions around Kyushu, and it worked perfectly wherever we were. We're planning a return trip to Japan in 3 years, and I will once again sign up for this service.

We are using this WiFi unit to navigate driving in Kawaguchiko, touring northern Honshu and driving around eastern Hokkaido. So far all is going smoothly. We have had no WiFi problems at all.

The wifi worked perfectly everywhere in Japan that we went. When our flight was changed, Japan wireless answered our emails right away and made sure to reship the internet modem so that we where able to pick it up in another airport. Perfect service. Easy pick up and delivery. Everything was great
