Avis

Very good coverage. Easy to use. Meet our expectations. Used by 5 family members.

Very easy to order, with wonderful delivery service and return offered.

Was really handy to have on our trip for navigation and accessing social media to contact friends.

I couldn't ask for a more convenient pocket wi-fi experience. Everything worked exactly as we expected ... I was actually sad to drop it off at the post office box!

Worked awesome

Excellent product. Rented the mobile hotspot and it I was so satisfied. Never incurred any problems throughout our 1 week stay. Easy to pick up and return at the Narita airport. Will rent again upon our next visit to Japan

We were in Japan for 7 days and there wireless mifi was great! No connection lag or interruptions! Awesome service and easy return kiosk!

Good signal all around Japan, thank you

Thank you for the great connection. Love it. It helped in my travelling when I try to look for places using phone map. Connection is very important and Japan Wireless connection worked great in Osaka and Kyoto.
It comes with power bank which is very helpful as well to recharge. I will get the Wifi from you again if I come back to Japan for holiday.

Strong signal and battery that can last 9 hours; the external battery pack included would save the day when you are out for a long day. If there could be an improvement -- the external battery pack could be smaller in size and lighter in weight.
