Delivery of the pocket wifi was on time at my hotel.
The connection worked well and fast enough during my 5 day stay in Tokyo and it was also easy to send the device back by putting in a mail box in the street near my hotel.
I will choose Japan Wireless next time I come to Japan.

Excellent

The unit was ready to collect from the airport as planned. It was very easy to connect to our devices and worked perfectly during our 15 days in Japan. Would definitely order from them again next time we visit Japan.

Very easy to use and very functional and convenient

The hotspot was invaluable for our two weeks. Fast speeds allowed access to maps and uploads of photo/video. Absolute must.
