Avis

I’ve used this company a couple times. This time, I noticed a problem with the WiFi disconnecting. Since it was early in my long rental, I decided to contact the company. They quickly sent me a replacement to make sure I did not have any additional problems. Great customer service!

everything handled by mail and worked as promised. nice to feel secure in having wifi no matter where we went.

I love it

Great and efficient service. We will use it again this Summer!

Battery lasts all day. Had no issues using this with entire family. It never ran out when leaving in the morning and coming back at night. The spare portable battery backup that came with it was useful for charging phones.

Perfect service

I was recommended by a friend to purchase Japan Wireless pocket wifi. The online booking service is user friendly and simple. I won't receive mine until September but am certain the product does what it states. Thank you.

Good

I picked it up at Narita terminal 1 post office, and everything was so clear and easy to use and return. I super recommended.

We have traveled all over Japan, the service coverage was always excellent. The signal is good even in the subway and the Shinkansen. The built-in battery usually lasted the whole day for 2 users. We used the external battery only once after long day of heavy usage by multiple people. Ordering, handling and installation is very simple. I would definitely recommend this service.
