Avis

Easy setup, easy return. The product worked great except in the lower train levels.

Easy to order, to get at the airport (and mail back with the provided enveloppe) and excellent wifi coverage everywhere in Japan

I had already checked how an eSIM worked prior to purchase. That said the instructions provided were very clear on what to do as well as what not to do until I was in country.

I have a VPN on my phone which it would not work with, aware this might happen.

To finish activation I needed to simply turn my phone on and off again, aware this may be required though.

Service throughout my stay has been consistent, with strong signal even when on the Metro which I was impressed with. Would purchase again.

The product was perfect, i had wifi for all my days in japan and it worked perfectly

I requested that the pocket wifi to be sent to my hotel. When I checked in at the hotel, the package was there and it was really easy to connect.

The battery lasted the entire day without any issues. This is a good thing to have around when you are visiting Japan.

easy to pick up, easy to use, affordable

ottima organizzazione, contatto rapido, spedizione in albergo con tutto il necessario per poi ritornarlo indietro.tutto senza problemi.fantastico da utilizzare per una prossima occasione

Everything was great!

The package was waiting in my hotel room on arrival, so easy to connect to your phone, extremely reliable, able to make video call as well as downloads. With out this we would of been much more limited with our ability to get about and make the most of our time in Japan

We used it for 2 weeks - 4 devices connected - and no problems. Definitely recommend
