great product
Great WiFi, very important when traveling through japan. Would recommend
Very happy with the service and very easy to manage. Got the Pocket WIFI with ease and dropped it off with ease. Connectivity was great throughout my stay.
Excellent service!
Easy, affordable and comfortable.
Before our daughter trip to Japan ,we asked a Japanese lady about the options we have with the phone in order to be in touch with her. She also checked around and sent the information about the Japan wireless. The connection was great everywhere; the wireless router allowed us to be in touch (texts, voice and video calls) with our daughter during her 10 days visit in Japan (multiple cities).
I highly (100%) recommended it and will use this service again.Thank you.
Highly recommended once your on vacation in Japan, very easy to rent just follow the instruction. No problem on internet connection, once you recieved the unit you can connect easily just enter the password and you can access all the time and also they have a power bank included in the package so no worries for the power out.
Once again many thanks on Japan Wireless for the service and we enjoy during the whole tour.
Thank you very much.
The pocket wifi worked well. Great service.
I booked the Wi-Fi 5 hours before arrival and the company was not able to deliver it through the post as usual but offered me a mail delivery service. I was of course, in need for a wi-fi right after my arrival, so I emailed Japan Wireless, cancelled it and bought sim card right at the airport. The money was transferred back within 3 working days. Amazing service! I will make sure next time to book it at least 24hours before arrival as they suggest tho :)
I ordered the pocket wifi a week before my arrival in Japan and requested it to be mailed to the hotel my family are staying. I received it just after I check-in the hotel. It was easy to use and comes with return mail envelop and extra charger. It can connect 4-5 cellphones. Did not encounter any issues. I turned off the wifi if I'm not using it to saved battery. It last more than 12 hrs. I dropped the items using the return envelop by the departure area in Haneda Airport (2 red postbox by the escalator)or any Post Office Box. Will definitely use the service again next time we visit Japan.
