I thought it was an extremely useful device. Easily ordered, pickup was smooth, return was super easy. Using it was also easy but not right at first. I suggest a few more details in instructions about how to turn it off when not needed. How to check battery life. After two days though I figured it out. I will recommend this product.

Rented for a short 8 day stay in Tokyo. Was very happy with the unit and extended battery pack included. Will rent from them again.

I traveled to Tokyo with my 17 year old son. We found having pocket Wi-Fi very useful and Japan Wireless was an easy solution.

Had the pocket WiFi for 15 days in Japan, worked 99% of the time in Tokyo. Used in Osaka and Kyoto, slightly more difficult to get full strength but still worked fine. Would get again next time in Japan.

Have used different wireless providers before but this was my first time with Japan Wireless. The price, service from staff and the unlimited data were amazing.
