Avis

The rental process was smooth, with excellent customer service, clear instructions, and a convenient return policy. This pocket Wi-Fi made staying connected abroad so much easier. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Japan.

Easy to use this product and it was reliable. Easy to pick up at start of our trip at Narits airport and return via post office box at Kansai airport at end of our trip. Thank you!

Fonctionne partout au Japon

Excellent Experience every time

It has strong signal anywhere I go. Highly recommended when travel in Japan

Very happy with the wireless AP - highly recommended!!!!!

Wow what a service!!! Not only the internet service was really good, also the customer service was extraordinary. Pocket Wi-Fi battery lasted the whole day, velocity was also good. They provide an extra battery but I was not able to use it, it was not really good actually, but I was able to manage my day with the battery from the pocket and a charger. Again excellent service!!!!

Thank you for your great service. Having pocket wifi was so nice and it was very reliable ❤️.

WiFi works great never had any problem with it. I’d use again next time when I’m in Japan.

Working but sometimes it becomes slow or no network. I dont know if it is my phone or the network but when i restart my phone it will connect again to internet. But overall, i'm satisfied. Thank you, Japan wireless.
