this device was fantastic and we used it every day to find trains, book events and general internet use. Highly recommend it. Signal was great and we shared the device between the 2 of us. Would for sure recommend and rent again.

Premium wifi works quite well and was a very good help to navigate within Japan. Due to the very good experiences I will rent next time in Japan this product again.

The Wifi router was waiting for us at the hotel as expected, and worked flawlessly throughout our stay. What was surprising was how well the battery of the device held up as after a full day out there was more than 40% left!! Excellent product!

It was a great experience for the most part! It worked flawlessly in most areas except for around Disney for some reason.
