Great service, full coverage, no problems!

5 stars for ease of ordering. Yet to collect and use.

We arrived to Tokyo and ordered a pocket WiFi on line and received it in the same evening at our hotel. The service is very convenient and WiFi is a must have while traveling to Japan. Japan Wireless provided consistent service and WiFi coverage for all three times that we visited Japan. I'd highly recommend Japan Wireless.

I had to book a wifi unit for a last minute trip and it was seamless!

PERFECT!

WiFi worked great! Reliable & easy to use & picking up at hotel & dropping off at mailbox was super convenient. Would use again.

I had some questions. The answers were there immediately, so I ordered immediately.

Didn’t have a problem at all in my recent trip to Osaka. Japan wireless was very efficient and accommodating. Booked my pocket WiFi about 24 hours or less before my arrival and they still accommodated me and my request. Returning the device was no hassle at all and everything went so smoothly! I would definitely book with japan wireless again. The best!

it works perfectly. I have no problem.
