Avis

This is my fifth time in Japan and I never had problems of and kind with the wi-fi and coverage. Great service!

Good service, nothing to complain for

They were able to accommodate my last minute request. Coverage was great and so was the battery of the device. It even comes bundled with a power bank just in case. I've rented from different vendors and this is the best so far.

Great service. Never missed beat. Was connected all the time. Was able to run multiple devices all streaming video with out any problems. Great coverage. Only lost signal when In the most remote areas. Highly recommended will use this again when we return.

Super handy and fast internet

Great product. Great service. Everything worked as advertised. Will use it again on my next trip to Japan.

The mobile Wifi unit worked great. It was a small unit that fit nicely into our day packs and the battery life lasted all day with about 25% battery life left by the time we went to bed. Picking it up at the post office at Narita was a bit of a challenge for first time users, but being able to drop off at the postal box was convenient. We would definitely use Japan wireless again the next time we visit Japan!

Great stuff, great service!!

A travel in Japan can be mesmerizing as much as it can be tricky. Traveling on your own in a country where you can’t understand nor read a word can make you feel uncomfortable, that’s why I decided to always be connected, to be able to find an help anytime I needed one. Renting a router with countless Gbyte is the best help you can have and Japan Wireless makes it very easy to get. You can get the device from the airport you land in and drop it off anywhere fits you better, any other airport or a post office. I really appreciated the service and warmly recommend it to those who want to visit the breathtaking Japan!

Perfect service
