I spent 3 weeks in Japan with my partner. We picked up the PocketWifi at the Tokyo airport without any problem and used it throughout the trip with two connected phones. We never had any problems. We finally returned the PocketWifi from Osaka airport by putting it in the pre-stamped envelopes. Very positive experience!!!

Japan eSIM works very well all over Japan (Sapporo to Nagasaki). It is very affordable. No issues occurred.

This was the best purchase we got for our 3 week honeymoon in Japan. We pre ordered online and when we arrived to Japan it was all ready to go at the counter in airport. We would have been so lost without it, it was very handy for Google translate, directions , looking up restaurants, social media etc. Would highly recommend to anyone to get it its so worth the money
