Very good product, and very easy process.

Service is easy, convenient, and reliable. Delivery straight to hotel and return with envelope prepared for drop off at airport.
Wi-fi available everywhere even in remote areas. Also, extra portable battery a plus! Pocket wi-if battery itself lasted a good eight hours.

I used Japan Wireless while driving a motorhome around Japan for an entire month, I can't recommend them enough. We had wifi in areas I would never have expected, we used this for navigation (with google maps) and to research weather / snow resorts etc. I have now signed up to use this a second time for an upcoming trip in January.

The wireless kit was small and it worked perfectly.

Collection and return was easy and efficient. Coverage was excellent.

So easy to use, excellent customer service, good prices. Having a pocket wifi made our trip so easy. Never had to worry about getting lost or missing a train because we had internet everywhere we went. Will definitely use Japan Wireless for our next trip back to Japan!

Easy collection and drop off, and never had any issues with connectivity. Handy for maps as wifi isn’t always accessible

Me pareció muy bueno, no pierde la cobertura. Esrapido y precioso. Encantado de haberlo elegido.

Great service

Great!
