I highly recommend Japan Wireless. We used 2x 15 day sim cards, to complaints at all. Easy to collect and set up on our Android phones, fast internet for our entire stay.

I was very pleased with both the pocket Wifi and Kazuna voice translator. I didn't lose connection at any point, that I was aware of, in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, or Nagano. The connection was always fast. I will definitely use this service again if I return to Japan.
