The wireless device was promptly delivered to my hotel. It provided excellent internet service and the device lasted the whole day. I would highly recommend this device to anyone traveling to Japan.

We travel, Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Nikko. We never had an issue in between these cities and consistent connections I will get them from again on the next trip.

Booked the mobile WiFi unit on recommendation and it was worth it. Easy to stay in touch and for finding everything we wanted. Had an issue when it needed rebooting but otherwise just essential for the visitor. Pick up and drop off were easy and instructions for use clear.

I could not have traveled Japan without it.

We were there during the typhoon and we never missed a call or keeping up on news about the typhoon.

We purchased a SIM card for 30 days for a Android mobile phone. Everything worked perfectly: delivery, installation, use.

Easy To use. Gold deal specially for a small group (3/4 people)

Rented one for 3 weeks during the Rugby World Cup. No connectivity issues and great battery life. Highly recommended

The internet is fast, stable and well covered even in some remote locations. Really helpfull, always making our trip to japan more comfortable and safe.

Excellent company and service. My second time to use Premium Wi-Fi (187Mbps) handset while in Japan!

Absolute life saver. Allowed us to Google for directions and instructions everywhere
