Confident, and easy to install

Essential for traveling in Japan. Connectivity has been greatly even in remote locations.

M-air required suffix .jp for APN to work. During initial activation e-sim would not work without it. Once active no issues encountered.

Good product and good value.

Great offering! However, there was just a small hiccup where we encountered no signal / no internet when we went to Miyajima Island. The customer service was fast to respond that we just need to reset and it worked. I’ll get this again when I come back to Japan. Thank you!

It makes a huge difference to have wifi as I move around. I used to travel with paper maps and that is ridiculously old fashioned now. And I can deal with work emails on the go if I choose to. And it’s always waiting at my hotel for me. I can’t think of a reason not to use Japan wireless premium wifi.

This WiFi was awesome! Super helpful and didn’t have any issues

The original wifi unit broke after a few days, but they arranged for me to be able to pick up another unit at the airport while I was transferring to another city. The entire process happened within a few hours so I was very grateful for the responsiveness of customer service.
