Used this on our trip to japan and it’s perfect for the group of us as we went around. Internet was usually very consistent.

The pocket wifi was delivered to our hotel and we used it for 15 days with no issues. We were very impressed by the speed and reliable internet connection. It came with a battery charger, which was useful, but the pocket wifi held charge for most of the day. The unit also came with an envelope that you can drop in any mailbox in Japan for easy and safe return of the unit. We would use again when we are in Japan next time!

The wifi connection was excellent everywhere, we received it with an external battery, which is great because we can go out all day without any problem.

The online order was simple. The device already waited for me, when I checked in at my hotel. The packaged includes a power bar, charger, and a return envelop with address and paid postage. I dropped it in a mailbox at Narita airport when I left. All super simple and convenient. The device works perfectly and is easy to use.

Japan Wireless is my go-to company when I need a pocket wi-fi going to Japan. I've been to Japan 3 times in the past 5 years and each time I've used Japan Wireless services. I will be back in Japan for the 4th time this year and already booked another pocket wi-fi with Japan Wireless. Pick-up at the airport is convenient, fast speeds make my trips so much more easier.

We rented the pocket wifi for Tokyo and Nikko for 7 days, the package was waiting for us when we check in to the hotel so we can use right a way. Signal is good and even when we were close to the mountain area in Nikko. On the last day, we just drop off the package at the mail box at the hotel, super easy.
