Very pleased with the pocket Wi-Fi (and the customer service--I accidentally wrote that we would be landing at Narita instead of Haneda, but someone at Japan Wireless figured out my mistake and was able to fix it!). Thank you!

Getting pocket WiFi was the best decision. I did not have to change my current cellphone plan and I got WiFi all throughout Japan - including the subways/trains.

Good service. Keep it up

Easy to get, easy to use, easy to return.

Very considerate and convenient. Thank you for your good services.

Excellent product that exceeded our expectations. From the online ordering to using the device and then returning it was all too easy. Thanks

Great value worked perfectly

The service was awesome, I had internet all the time and everywhere!

The service and product were wonderful , the portable wifi was such a great help.
I will get it again and HIGHLY recommend using Japan Wireless when in Japan again.
