The product is good and works all over the places visited.

Had good connection everywhere I went.

The service was wonderful. It was awaiting my arrival at the hotel with a prepaid return package which made it so easy. The ability to have WiFi on the trip no matter where we went definitely put my mind at ease. Very easy to utilize! Thank you

I thoroughly enjoyed Japan wireless service. It worked smoothly and had no speed issues

I rented the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless on my 9 day trip through Japan including Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto and Osaka. There were three users on the line and we had perfect service throughout the trip. Also had no issues with battery life.
Picked up the device at Narita at the local post office located in the airport. Dropped off the device at Haneda. I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless.

Worked very well. Rental unit was at the hotel when I arrived, and was easy to put in the mailbox at the airport.

This is my 4th time renting from Japan Wireless for trips to Japan over the past 7 years. They are always prompt and reliable to deal with, and the coverage for the mobile wireless is excellent -- even when I am in rural Niigata. Thank you for your excellent products and service over the years. Highly recommended.

I have used pocket Wi-Fi’s on all my trips to Japan. It is easy to use and set up is easy. Convenient and will use on all my trips to Japan.

Picking up the device and using it was easy, I had zero issues during my 10 days trip.

Hassle free service and the pocket wifi was waiting for us at our hotel.
