I’m not computer wiz but this was super easy to book

Signal was stable whether indoor or outdoor.
Requested for an extension of 1 day and customer service was easy to talk to.

Easy to order and communication was quick. Pick up and drop off can be done all at the airport. Also came with a handy battery pack to charge it up if it was running low. Go with the premium package to get that unlimited data if you’re still debating. Used it in Osaka and Tokyo so no problem with coverage. Will use again.

I highly recommend this product! Was a big help while travelling around Japan. Kept us connected at all times. Battery lasts all day, just charge at night. Was easy to pick up and drop off.

our orderf was pick up the portable wifi at Haneda airport, but flight was delayed, so counter was already closed. I sent an email to customer service and ask for wifi deliver to Hotel. I received reply, stated that they will deliver it by midnight. I woke up early morning to picked it up at our hotel front desk. Amazing, none of the company deliver the item midnight. Thank you so much! Excellent service :)

Best wi fi in Japan. I recommend.

Essential service when you travel to Japan. The pocket wifi is a great solution. The only thing is that its battery doesn't last all day and you have to carry an extra battery. But no big deal.

Service parfait et efficace

Easy pick up and return at Narita airport. Great internet connection no issues at all.
