I have used Japan Wireless in October 2022 and will be using them again in March 2023. The pocket wifi device was easy to use and had a good internet connection through out Japan.

Convenient and easy to use.

I used the Ninja branded Japan Wireless SIM card for 10 days in December 2022 during my travel. Simple and fast instructions to install and get up and running as my temporary JP primary account with my US eSIM as my secondary account. They even included the tiny SIM tray tool to open the SIM tray. I did have to figure out on my own how to set up the hotspot on the Japan Wireless account but that wasn’t too hard. The fast wireless speeds combined with ease of use make this a recommended buy when traveling in Japan. Reasonable prices too. I’ll purchase again when I travel to Japan again.

Worked great, internet speeds and signal strength were great everywhere in Tokyo that I went on my trip.

Everything in the procedure worked great. Stable device with perfect service.

Quite happy with the performance of the SIM. Although WiFi was available in accommodation t worked well in the more remote locations across Honshu and Hokkaido.

Easy to use and worked well. They dropped it off at our hotel and we dropped it in the mailbox at the airport when we were done. It was really convenient. I would use again and recommend.

I hired a pocket wi-fi for a week-long work trip to Tokyo and I am so glad I did. I would not have been able to do my job without it! Japan Wireless delivered it to my hotel. Finding it waiting for me in my room ready to use was so convenient. It was so easy to use, small and lightweight, and so easy to carry in a bag or coat pocket. Returning it was so simple, just pop it into the return envelope and dropped it into a post box.
